Delivery, Returns, and Refund Information

Delivery

All orders have free shipping, which takes 2-5 working days for delivery time.

All orders over £30 get free next day delivery. Otherwise you can pay to have your parcel Next Day. All orders must be placed by 12pm (Midday) for the next day service. Any orders placed after this time will be shipped the next working day.

Any orders placed on a Friday would be shipped on the Monday if after 12pm (Midday). All orders placed Saturday or Sunday will shipped that following Monday.

Please bear in mind courier services can take a bit of extra time due to the current situation with Covid-19. So there is sometimes a slight delay with orders, so we can not guarantee an exact delivery time at present.

If you have selected Next Day service and it does not arrive, please email: sales@bloom-in-box.com with your order number and heading as ‘Delivery’

Returns

Should you wish to make a return, that is no problem. However we ask that all products are returned in the condition they were sent in.

Please also include your order number and reason for return in your parcel so that we can issue you a refund

Refund Policy

We will happily refund any order returned to us, that has been returned in the same condition it was shipped in.

Should the item be damaged or used we can not offer a full refund and the terms of this would be discussed on an individual basis.

If an item arrives and it is faulty, a full refund will be given, or a replacement can be shipped out.
